To our clients at Dunamis Wellness: During COVID-19 restrictions, the health and safety of our staff and clients are of the utmost importance to us. Please be aware of our current operating changes and precautionary measures:
We ask that you stay home if you are sick or running a temperature over 100 Degrees.
Employees will check your temperature and conduct a 5-Point symptom assessment when you arrive each day:
- Have you been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
- Have you had a fever over 100 degrees in the last 24 hours?
- Do you have a new cough or experience difficulty breathing?
- Do you have muscle aches or a sore throat?
- Do you have new loss of taste or smell?
We have hand sanitizer for you to use after entering the building.
We require face masks to be worn in the common areas of the building at all times.
Dunamis staff and clients are to maintain 6 feet of social distancing
Dunamis staff are disinfecting the doors, countertops, and bathrooms every hour.
External doors will remain locked and clients will remain outside until escorted into the provider’s office. Family members are to wait outside, and family consultations are to be held in the parking lot.
A hazard assessment will be conducted regularly.
Clinicians will be available for their normal working hours, either by telehealth or in-office.
Front desk staff will be working Monday- Friday, 9-6 PM.
We appreciate your understanding as we aim to keep both staff and clients healthy.
We will continue to update all of our clients as we receive information from the government about rules and regulations regarding COVID-19.
