To our clients at Dunamis Wellness: We wanted to take the time to inform you of some changes we are making regarding our operations, with an update to COVID-19. During this time, the health and safety of our staff and clients are of the utmost importance to us, so we are still taking precautionary measures.
We ask that you stay home if you are sick or running a temperature over 100 Degrees.
Employees will check your temperature, and conduct a 5-Point symptom assessment when you arrive each day. (5-Point System Assessment for STAFF & CLIENTS)
Have you been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
Have you had a fever over 100 degrees in the last 24 hours?
Do you have a new cough or experience difficulty breathing?
Do you have muscle aches or a sore throat?
Do you have new loss of taste or smell?
We have hand sanitizer for you to wash your hands after entering the building.
We require face masks to be worn in the common areas of the building at all times.
Our staff and clients are to maintain 6 feet of social distancing as well.
Our staff here at Dunamis are disinfecting the doors, countertops and bathrooms every hour.
We will be locking the external doors and our clients will remain outside until escorted into the provider’s office. Family members are to wait outside, and family consultations are to be held in the parking lot, while maintaining confidentiality as much as possible.
A hazard assessment will be conducted on a regular basis.
Clinicians will be available for their normal working hours, whether by telehealth or in the office, and someone will be at the front desk Monday- Friday, 9-6 PM.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as we are wanting to help keep everyone, staff and clients, healthy and well. We will update all our clients, as we receive information from the government about rules and regulations regarding COVID-19. If you have any questions regarding this matter, or wish to reschedule your appointment, you may call the office at 530-338-0087 during the normal office hours of Monday- Friday, 9-6 PM.
