Meet Shanna McCracken – SELPA Liaison and Human Resources manager. Shanna has been a business owner for over 25 years; 20 years at a resort on Shasta Lake and 5 years self employed at her own esthetics business. Her passion in her esthetics business was oncology esthetics, and helped and educated many women with the side effects of cancer treatment. This, Shanna says, was the most incredible job ever. In her free time, Shanna loves being outdoors kayaking, paddle boarding, and enjoying the beautiful nature of Redding and the surrounding areas.

The thing Shanna is the most proud of is her four children – watching them grow up into the amazing young adults they’re becoming. Shanna joined Dunamis in July of 2020 and works at both our Victor location and our Market Street location.
