Sarah is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist AMFT #128122. Sarah received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Simpson University in 2017 and her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from University of San Francisco, Sacramento Campus in 2021. Sarah has gained experience working with youth, adults, couples and families doing community counseling at Northern California Child Development Incorporated in Red Bluff. She also has experience with substance use and recovery counseling while working for Aegis Treatment Centers in Redding. Sarah has experience with the treatment of those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship/communication concerns, and domestic violence. Sarah has worked with clients suffering from Self-harm, Bi-Polar disorder, and psychosis due to prolonged substance use. Sarah is honored to be able to support people in becoming the best versions of themselves. She is a strength based, client focused therapist focused on the positive aspects of her clients, and meets clients where they are therapeutically, to help aid in providing a safe space for personal success. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, friends, plants, and her dog while at home, but also finds connection with the outdoors going on hikes and collecting rocks.
