Matilda is pursuing her BA in Psychology with previous studies in Administration of Justice and Geographic Information Systems. She has over six years of experience working with individuals
suffering from mental illness and drug addiction through her experience as a caregiver,
investigative intern, California Narcotic Officers’ Association member and correctional deputy.
She shows her passion for her community through her volunteer work with the National Alliance
on Mental Illness and United Shasta.
Matilda enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, piloting unmanned aerial vehicles, and spending time
with her husband and four dogs. Matilda’s goal is to attend graduate school for psychology and
continue to serve the needs of our community.
