Cryoskin therapy is done with three separate treatments, targeting fat cells in different areas of the body using three different session lengths and temperature levels:

1. CRYOSLIMMING®: CryoSlimming® is the toughest of the three treatments, heating and cooling the target fat further than in the other two treatments. CryoSlimming® is commonly called Cryoskin for cellulite and is ideally used on the stomach, back, arms, and thigh areas. During this treatment, the target area fat is heated to 104 degrees for a couple of minutes before getting cooled down to about 17 degrees for the next 12 minutes. The whole session takes about 30 minutes and usually 5 sessions are required with an interval of two weeks between every two.
2. CRYOTONING®: CryoToning® is a more localized method and targets only the subcutaneous fat (the layer of fat just under the skin). In this procedure, which is often called Cryoskin for toning, collagen production gets a boost, which breaks down the fibers dimpling of subcutaneous fat. This treatment is aimed at tightening the skin and leveling it so that the skin looks smooth and youthful. Each CryoToning® session lasts for about 20 minutes and the skilled Cryoskin technicians at Dunamis Wellness Center strongly recommend 4-5 sessions for the treatment.
3. CRYOFACIAL®: This type of Cryoskin treatment is often called Cryoskin for double chin even though it is suitable for the whole facial area along with the part of the neck just below it. CryoFacial® aims to tighten the skin on the face, neck and chin so that subcutaneous fat is not prominent in these areas. During this treatment, wrinkles and fine lines are ironed out as collagen production is increased and the skin begins to lose signs of aging. This treatment also requires 4-5 short sessions.
